Interest: Legumes are capable of setting win-win relationship with rhizobium. Legumes perceive the appropriate touch of rhizobia by one side of root hair surface and then form infection chamber during infection process. The physical attachment and the touch position are important for successful infection. However, how the legume plants perceive the touch of rhizobia is still unknown.
