Legume-rhizobia symbiosis requires reactivation of the cell cycle that control the induction of the nodule meristem and the formation of the infection thread. During rhizobia infection，the function of cell cycle is unclearly，we are going to use  Medicago truncatula and Lotus japonicus to investigate the role of cell cycle required for infection.
